Neither the direct upload or a PDF upload will complete itself all the while freezing my operating system in the process. Tired one last thing and I opened a new library and rebuilt the book again, and am still having the same issue. Have ample internet speed, plenty of memory, checked malware, repaired my library, have no other items opened on my desktop when running photos/Mimeo, un-installed Mimeo and re-downloaded Mimeo several times, rebuilt the book from scratch in my library, swapped out photos, etc.

I was also able to re-order Christmas cards after the update with no issues but that is a considerably smaller project. All my previous books were even larger than the ones I have been trying to upload so I don't believe the size of the book is the problem. However, getting Mimeo help has been impossible. After spending numerous hours over 2 days with 4 different Apple support personnel (who were all fabulous), trying all the possible fixes from A to Z, it was determined to be a Mimeo issue. I brought up the fact with Mimeo that I had no previous problems with uploading books before this last update, but Mimeo claims it is not their update that is the problem. When I contacted Mimeo, the first of many support agents made a few suggestions, none worked. This would happen even when I tried the PDF upload of the book. The uploads freeze at different intervals in the project.

They stall and freeze my entire operating system, including my clock and mouse movement. 26 I have been trying to upload 2 different books (less than 75 pages with under 450 photos each) with Mimeo and neither will complete the upload. I updated Mimeo before finishing the books which may be my problem or at least contributing to it. I am also on Mojave and am having issues with my book being uploaded to Mimeo.
